CityBook theme has built-in membership system, which controls front-end listing submission and how user ear
Only site administrator and user with Listing Author role can submit listing. Site administrator has unlimited ability to add and edit listings, but only Listing Author has active membership subscription ( paid for a Listing Plan ) can submit listings.
