This is core plugin for Routin theme which will register new admin menus and screens which manage custom post type and all related functional.
There is also a settings page ( Settings -> Routin Add-Ons submenu ) for the plugin where you can enter API keys for Mailchimp subscribe and Twitter feed widgets.
