You need to use Per person/hour-slot value for Listing price based option
You can also setup Working Hour Slots option to automatically create available slots every minutes or hours for booking.
Or using Time Slots field to add them manually from submit form
You also need to add Calendar field to set which dates are available for booking

Edit listing with time slots and calendar data
Edit the listing type post -> Single tab -> Listing sub-tab to add General Booking element to single listing layout ( which will be used to generate booking form for your listing )
Edit the General Booking element to show Checkin date picker, Time Slots field for selecting one/more slots on the booking form.
You also need enable Adults, Children or Infants option

And booking price will be calculated based on selected slots and persons
